In addition, more than 500 candidates have been deployed in white-collar roles including engineers and supervisors, with excellent feedback from client companies regarding their technical competence and professionalism.

Since entering the Saudi market, OGM has operated as a consultant and internal training provider, supporting major contractors with workforce development and skills training aligned to project and industry requirements. Through employer-led programs, OGM has successfully trained more than 3,000 Saudi nationals, achieving an average 86% transition rate from training to worksite deployment.
These programs focused on safety, technical and trade skills delivered at project sites, workshops and dedicated training areas, directly linked to live workforce demand.
Building on this proven track record, OGM is now establishing OGM Arabia, a Saudi Government-certified training institute scheduled to commence training from April 2026 at a purpose-renovated facility in Dhahran.
OGM Arabia will deliver accredited programs under TVTC and HRDF frameworks, offering structured training pathways for both male and female trainees, supported by modern facilities with capacity to train up to 1,000 trainees at any given time.
This transition marks OGM’s evolution from project-based training delivery to a long-term national workforce development partner aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.

As part of its commitment towards Saudization and its role in Vision 2030 of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, NSH, through its subsidiary, has partnered with OGM on training leading to project placement and career development.

In 2020, Nasser Alhajri Corporation engaged OGM to deliver a vocational training programme for unemployed Bahraini nationals, supporting their participation in the expansion of the BAPCO refinery (BMP), a major national initiative. The programme consisted of 26 cohorts, enrolling 607 trainees in high-demand trades such as welding, pipefitting, scaffolding, electrical assistance and safety. Of these, 350 graduated, with 324 securing employment at NSH and others joining alternative projects.
To facilitate successful labour market entry, the programme included soft skills and English language courses led by professional instructors. Candidates were nominated by the Ministry of Labour, with the aim of enhancing skills and ensuring sustainable employment, in alignment with the Government of Bahrain’s workforce development objectives.
Despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, the BAPCO Modernisation Program (BMP) established a benchmark for training and employing Bahraini nationals, delivering significant results and benefits for all stakeholders.
